How does the process work?
Once we receive your enquiry, we will contact you promptly to discuss the key details. We then arrange an on-site appointment, assess your flat roof and prepare an individual, transparent quotation.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
You will usually receive your quotation within a few days, and no later than one to two weeks after the inspection. In urgent cases, we naturally respond more quickly so that necessary measures can be carried out without delay.
Do I need to prepare anything for the inspection?
No, not in most cases. If you have documents such as plans or photographs available, it would of course be helpful if you could provide them to us. However, they are not required for an initial assessment.
How soon can you being work on my roof?
This depends on the scope of the work and our current availability. Smaller jobs can often be completed at short notice, while larger projects are scheduled in close coordination with you. Our goal is always to provide a fast but, above all, high-quality solution.
What happens in the event of urgent damage?
For urgent problems, we naturally provide rapid assistance. We first secure the roof with a temporary solution to prevent further damage. We then work with you to plan a durable repair or refurbishment.
